Drawing & Doodling to De-Stress - April 1, 2025 (10am-Noon) Free!
This class will introduce you to fun, easy drawing techniques you can use anytime you need a break. Experience creating spontaneous images, drawing as meditation, simple mandalas, doodles and the joy of adding color to your work. Just 20 minutes of focused creative time can result in lower stress levels and an increase in overall wellness. No experience needed, this class is for everyone at any skill level.
